Since 1948 the Rucker Basketball Tournament has been one of the premiere urban street basketball leagues in America. This documentary chronicles the evolution of the league and those who were influencial in founding and sustaining tournament. Now the league is internationally known, now it’s time to pay tribute to those who paved the way.
