Gospel Tours

Harlem Heritage Tours aims to provide the most authentic gospel experience in the industry by not only taking you to hear the wonderful gospel music, but by complimenting your church visits with cultural walking and bus tours. Gospel tours are conducted by those who live in Harlem – Get an insiders view of Harlem gospel. All gospel tours are dedicated to the late Bishop Preston Robert Washington, a man who loved Harlem and used his many talents to improve the social, political and economic conditions in the community.


Harlem Gospel Multimedia Bus Tour

Gospel_ChoirVideo footage will be interspersed though your Sunday morning walk and rider through Come to Harlem on a Sunday morning and ride and walk through the spirit of religious heritage while before experiencing the wonderful sounds of gospel music at one of our community churches.  The tour portion of the experience will express the important role that worship plays in the everyday life of the Harlem community as well as celebrate many sights of cultural significance: Sugar Hill, Masjid Malcolm Shabazz, Harlem Children’s Zone + more.

Harlem Gospel Walking Tour

Many are coming on sunday mornings for gospel experiences that include music, but few are receiving an experience that expresses the role the church plays in the community including and beside the music. Come with us and experience a wonderful spiritual environment that includes great music + many  emotionally and spiritually uplifting elements that have brought the Black community from slavery to President Barack Obama.  Church service is followed by a cultural walking tour that will showcase the impact that the church has on community building in Harlem and the Harlem’s of the world.  Walk doe’s not just feature churches, but tell the over all story of Harlem with stops at many sights of cultural significance.
