Comeback Charleston Blue is the sequel to Cotton Comes to Harlem. Released in 1972, this movie talks to many of the issues pertaining to Harlem of the 1960’s & 1970’s such Black militancy, numbers running, police brutality and community organizing. Beautiful soundtrack by Donny Hathaway.
