A WORK-IN-PROGRESS documentary that overviews the development in Harlem during the last 20 years and speculates on the outlook of the community. From the voices of residents, business owners, politicians, developers, and clergy, this documentary reveals feelings of betrayal and hope as well as providing insight into the deferred dreams and struggles of a neighborhood. The DIRECTOR (Shawn Batey), will conduct an after film discussion. Harlem Community invited to participate in discussion about film.
